Refund policy

We hope you’re happy with your Dandy Lane purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. A refund will be issued, provided the item is returned within 30 days of the date of delivery (or Royal Mail’s first attempted delivery) and is in its original, unworn condition. 

When making a return please be aware of the following:

Items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be re-saleable.

My item is faulty. Am I entitled to a refund?

We make every effort to ensure your accessories are made to an exceptional standard and quality. If you purchase an item and there is a fault upon receipt of your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss it with you. 

How do I return my order?

Please email us at hello@dandylane.co.uk to arrange for a refund of your order. We are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorisation. The cost of the return is at the buyer's expense.

 

Terms & Conditions

The customer is responsible for return postage unless there is a fault with the item. Standard delivery will only be refunded if the entire order is returned and the item is deemed faulty. 

Upgraded delivery options will not be refunded in full unless the entire order is faulty or incorrect.

Your return and refund may take up to 10 working days to reach us and to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification from us. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account, or within 48 hours if paid with PayPal.

If you have not received your refund, we recommend waiting at least 10 working days from the date you sent your return back before contacting us.
