Christmas 2025 UK Delivery

For guaranteed Christmas delivery please ensure orders are placed before Wednesday 17th December.

All orders placed after this date will not ship until Friday 2nd January 2026.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 days after purchase due to the handmade nature of the items. 

 

UK Delivery

UK - Standard delivery, 2 - 3 working days after dispatch  £3.50

UK - Express delivery, delivered within 1 - 2 days after dispatch  £4.50

Orders over £25 - postage is FREE! 

International Delivery

International - express delivery - tracked, 5 - 14 days after dispatch  £18 

Orders over £100 - postage is FREE!

DELIVERY OPTIONS EXPLAINED

We dispatch orders Monday - Saturday via Royal Mail. 

 For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our standard deliveries.

For UK Express orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24.

For International orders, your order will be delivered by your local postal service and may require a signature upon arrival. 

Delivery Times

The delivery estimates provided above cannot be guaranteed during busier periods, such as at Christmas, but we will do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives with you within the timeframe given.

Customs Charges

Orders travelling outside the U.K. may be subject to customs charges or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country so please do get in touch with your local customs office for further information.

Sales Taxes

International sales taxes are currently not collected by Dandy Lane and are to be paid by the customer upon receipt of your order.
